Lumena is an AI companion application. It provides conversational AI companions that remember you, grow with you over time, and are available whenever you need someone to talk to. Lumena is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumena. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You own your conversation data. The things you share with your companion belong to you. We store this data to provide the service — your companion needs to remember your conversations to work properly. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Lumena offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Coin purchases are non-refundable.

We do our best to keep Lumena running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, ElevenLabs) and may experience occasional downtime. We are not liable for any interruptions to the service.
Lumena is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on conversations with your AI companion. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Lumena after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of West Virginia.
